The customer service is top notch! I ordered a last minute bouquet of flowers and needed it delivered! Given their already busy schedule for the day they found time to pencil that delivery in! The flowers were beautiful but again, can’t say enough about the accommodations for last minute procrastinator’s like myself! Thanks again!

We used The Rustic Rose for our wedding florals and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Ali was very easy to contact and quick with communication. Early on in the process she called me and we went over everything I was wanting and even leading up to the day, she was very flexible with changes and additions. Ali from Rustic Rose was wonderful. She was so easy to work with and so patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted. She delivered flowers to the church and the reception venue, which made our day so much easier. The flowers were beautiful and all we had hoped for. We would highly recommend her for any of your floral needs!
