I want to start off by saying my beard looks good and everything is straight. Joey was friendly and kind. But at first sight walking in it looked like someone lived in there. The white couch had stains on it, there was crumbs and stuff spilled on the floor, not too sanitary. I didn't really care too much the barber area looked on point. Joey began shaving the top of my head and I did notice he was kind of pushing hard to get down to skin. Joey has completely changed the way i look at barbershops! He has given me the best haircut I have ever received in my life. Not only did he give me an amazing haircut but he made me feel completely relaxed and I actually fell asleep while he was giving me a straight razor shave. He has the lightest touch ive ever felt when it comes to a stylist and i cant commend him enough for how amazing of an experience I had while at his shop. I had a great time at this shop. Joey made me feel welcome and gave me a wonderful haircut and beard trim. I don't think anyone else could have made me laugh as hard as I did during our conversation. Joey has so many story's to tell for a young man his age. but we had such an intellectual and hilarious conversation all at the same time. Cant wait to come back, thank you so much Joey.
A most phenomenal experience. I can say that I dont think I have ever been more impressed with an establishment quite like i am with this Barbershop. The gentleman who owns it is kind, and you can really tell that he has a passion for the work that he is doing. This is probably the best cut I think I have ever gotten from anywhere else. Not only in the quad city area but I would have to say probably anywhere. Joey definitely goes above and beyond with all that he does. AMAZING SHOP!!!!
This Barbershop is the most amazing place i have ever been to! The owner here is so precise and technical. he is a perfectionist and I have never had a better haircut or beardtrim anywhere else in the world, and i have done a lot of traveling. Joey truly cares about the people who come through his doors and I can honestly say that when he says he will take care of you he means it 100%!
