I purchased a gift card for my wife’s birthday from The Rustic Salon and she wasn’t able to use it right away due to unexpected life circumstances and when she was able to go in later, she was refused service saying they’re not honoring older gift cards due to a change in management/ownership despite it still being “The Rustic Salon” and the gift card being for “The Rustic Salon”! Despite the state of Montana laws say gift cards DO NOT EXPIRE!
