Samantha Severa went above and beyond and helping us. We drove from over three hours away to look at houses in Abilene. Samantha was patient accommodating and kind- she was also very knowledgeable. Because we live far away, Samantha took care of things for us well beyond our expectations- she even changed the lock on our new home for us when we couldn’t make it into town.
