I've been a loyal customer for years but had a terrible experience today looking at shoes for my autistic child. I was accused of taking advantage of their service because I thought there was a sale on. Instead of clarifying, I was attacked and humiliated.
A huge selection of high-performance footwear designed to cater for all conditions and competitions. Jay and Co. run a tight ship which equates to top-notch customer service and overall experience. Don't go anywhere else.
A runners delight. A good range of shoes, clothes and gear. Excellent service as well.
I would travel to Hobart to buy my shoes from this shop. In fact I did. Got some boots there in January and used them in March for a hike. Had a minor issue and they cheerfully fitted me into a new pair, new brand, and gave me the change! Pretty much unheard of good service and deep knowledge. The new boots are spectacularly successful. You should see me go!
