The Runners Shop was absolutely incredible to deal with! I had a major dilemma occur regarding a "unicorn" runner I desperately needed. I was given incorrect information by a different company regarding the correct size I needed for this particular trainer. I needed to switch to a different running shoe, and needed to rely on the knowledge of the shops employee regarding appropriate sizing for my size 11 narrow foot.
