8/17/2025. My wife waited at the door for the store to open, alongside a young man that works at the store. A female associate unlocks the door at noon. The young man employee opens the door, walks in, and let's the door start to close behind him. My wife grabs the door, and enters the store. Carrie has such great knowledge and amazing customer service! She and her staff are top notch. I bought a pair of shoes two weeks ago and she ordered me a pair she thought would be an even better fit for me. Called me, I tried them on and just PERFECT. I Highly recommend this business.
I’m not extremely knowledgeable about running shoes and I have complications with my feet and ankles from postal work, so I came in pretty stressed out thinking I would leave empty handed. These ladies knocked it out of the ballpark and I quickly felt well taken care of. I and my partner walked out with shoes we both fell in love with and I couldn’t be happier!
John was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what shoe would best fit my needs
