I had my mods and tune done here in 2017, as well as some maintenance, on my 03 WRX. While I'm happy with the tune I found out the oil feed/return lines for turbo we're not run correctly, resulting in leaks that I had remediated by another shop. Mistakes happen, however, with the attitude of the new owners, I suspect a rename is incoming to Ramble Shack. Been with the rumble shack for over 6 years. Originally with my Wrx and now my forester. I have always been looked after with the old and now new owners. Daniel's customer service and work is second to none. The rumble shack is still there and I will be back for anymore work I need done.
Called Rumble Shack a few days ago, was greeted by Daniel who was incredibly supportive and professional. Answered my questions, gave me great advice, was genuinely much nicer than a lot of other Subaru specialist shops I spoke with. Booked in, got an install done, work was quality, quick, concise and affordable. Would recommend
Been a long time customer, new owner is a whack job. Never going back Edit: attached is proof that I was a customer because the admin/owner is an absolute liar. They keep spamming you with emails if you don’t rebook for servicing
