The Rug Parlor did an excellent job cleaning our Persian rug. We recently received it from a family member and found that it was filthy after years food spills and pet accidents. Scott is very knowledgeable about rug materials and various cleaning processes and was able to revive the color and texture of our rug to allow us to enjoy it for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend the Rug Parlor for your rug cleaning needs.
All of my area rugs needed cleaning which included repair work on some. Scott at the Rug Parlor knows his rugs and how to properly clean every type of fiber and spot. His process gives his customers what they want, clean carpet that looks fresh without damage.
