We were really impressed with Hamid’s expertise and the care he took with our rug The cleaning and repair were done beautifully and the whole process was straightforward. He’s clearly an expert and could identify the country it was made in and the material at a glance! Completely got rid of the cat pee and his repair recommendations meant our rug came back looking even better than before. On top of that, he was very kind and hospitable. We’d happily recommend the Rug Guru!
Thank You Hamid from The Rug Guru, he came right after I called, inspected my very dirty and very stained carpet. 3 weeks later, I am so impressed to see all have been cleaned and thoroughly washed. All my many years of my dogs’ pee stains have all been taken out, leaving it soft again and smelling so so good. It reminded me of how it looked when I bought it brand new 24 years ago.
