Hamid does a great job of cleaning your precious rugs without harsh chemicals. He’s very knowledgeable and can offer advice on all types of floor rugs. One of our rugs had faded on the surface and the edges were damaged. When Hamid worked his magic it looked like new! He is absolutely trustworthy, very polite and communicates well about time frames and costs for the work. I can recommend The Rug Guru, unreservedly.

I couldn’t be happier with The Rug Guru! My old Persian rug had stubborn stains and some frayed edges, and I honestly didn’t think it could look good again. But they worked their magic—carefully cleaning, repairing, and bringing back its original colors and patterns. The rug looks amazing, and the attention to detail was incredible. The team was professional, friendly, and really knew their craft. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their rugs!

Hamid offered an excellent service, he picked up the rug same day and delivered it back to us. He was able to remove stains and the rug feels softer and better than new! Highly recommended.

Hamid took exceptional care when washing and repairing our old rugs . He also supplied and delivered the under carpet non slip backings for each rug . Exceptional care and thoroughly professional in all our dealings with Hamid I would recommend the Rug Guru for care of your precious rugs .

Pleased with result when took much-loved, but deteriorating rug for repair. Edges splitting, previous repairs to holes coming loose. Wanted something worth passing on to family. Owner Hamid was attentive and resourceful. Gave a quote that he conceded might not be economic, but delivered a timely like-new result I hadn’t’ dared expect. You get what you pay for!
