I just want to express my appreciation for the attention you provided. I called the agency at 8AM this morning with a flooded basement, the claim was filed immediately and I had a call from the adjuster with in the hour. Eric Rudert then again reached out before noon to check on the status. The adjuster was out by 4PM and the restorations already have started. I know it was only because the agency immediately went into action with the initial call. Thanks again to every at the agency! Kurt D.
