Waited over an hour for food that wasn't edible. Fish under cooked, stale fries and sliced sandwich meat so tough it was like leather. They offered free deserts as compensation, we declined out of fear. Waitress was sweet and very apologetic.
Amazing experience always!
Waited 40 mins for food. 3 different servers involved. Had to eat our meal without knife and forks or napkins. Table rocks terribly. Squash on one meal, rock hard and inedible. Flat bread was very cheap, no seasoning, and so thin that it was cooked hard and dry. Couldn’t even bite through it. Never did get a second cup of coffee. Asked 4 times. On the way out, saw that the coffee was in a thermos. No wonder it was stewed and not hot. Don’t go to this place. Starve first.
Went for dinner with another couple in response to the resident communication about the addition of Fish and Chips on the menu. The HAC notification didn’t specify that it was only in the lunch menu and the website showed it as a dinner option. Server shared that the communication was not detailed enough. Duh? It was however, never corrected. So, went with a burger. When it arrived, I verified with server that mine was indeed med-rare.
