Had any appointment with Dr Sproser. Friendly, caring and compassionate doctor who clearly cares about his patients. Made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. If he is the future of the NHS, we are in good hands.
Excellent service I sent in an appointment request and within an hour I was at the appointment (non uegent problem) there was no hanging around waiting to go in and I felt very comfortable and listened to during the appointment. Not only that all the information I needed was sent to my phone before I left the building this is exactly how a Doctors appointment should be.
I've really noticed a positive shift in the level of care at the practice recently. It’s been so much easier to get an appointment, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been genuinely kind and caring. Dr. Stott is absolutely amazing – attentive, compassionate, and really listens. Nurse Danielle G. is also fantastic – warm, professional, and puts you at ease straight away. I left feeling well cared for and grateful

Those at reception are always helpful. Dr Stott is the best GP I’ve ever been seen by. Very patient, listens well and genuinely cares for those he sees.
