Absolutely does not handle business well here. Poorly managed.
Not only were we not represented in a whole and dignified manner we were robbed by the person who was supposed to be "equally representing us under the law" Mr.rucker and his wife showed up to court,not once,not twice,but 3 times without proper affidavits in hand that we spent countless hours writing. Our final hearing had a 3month old statement that was no longer relevant in his hands...UNACCEPTABLE !He also still almost a year later hasn't given us a contract we supposedly signed. I paid for a consultation and was told I would receive a call at 4:30pm the same day. I never received the call, nor consultation, nor my money back. And now it's a week and a half later... I've called DAILY about this and now I believe they've blocked my number... because it rings once then stops... but keeps ringing on other phones and I get the voice-mail, leave a message and no response... I'll be filing a chargeback on Monday! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
The Rucker Law Firm remained in contact, updated me, answered any questions, and worked well with me and any fees I owed throughout my whole case. If I ever had to go through the nightmare of family court again, I would definitely want the Rucker Law Firm on my side. Also obviously they can not guarantee a win for you, but the way they present themselves, you always feel like you got it.
