I paid for a consultation and was told I would receive a call at 4:30pm the same day. I never received the call, nor consultation, nor my money back. And now it's a week and a half later... I've called DAILY about this and now I believe they've blocked my number... because it rings once then stops... but keeps ringing on other phones and I get the voice-mail, leave a message and no response... I'll be filing a chargeback on Monday! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
The Rucker Law Firm remained in contact, updated me, answered any questions, and worked well with me and any fees I owed throughout my whole case. If I ever had to go through the nightmare of family court again, I would definitely want the Rucker Law Firm on my side. Also obviously they can not guarantee a win for you, but the way they present themselves, you always feel like you got it.

This place is the worse firm I have ever seen. They do not care about their clients, all they care about is the dollar. It’s very sad that someone who has done nothing wrong is being punished and on the verge of losing something so precious to his heart and the lawyer does not have the knowledge or brain capacity to see that. Very sad.
DO NOT HIRE.......NEGATIVE STARS This is the WORST lawyer. There is no communication. They don't answer calls or Emails. The wife. Promises the moon, and tells you your good, and when it fails, She sends her husband to bully the client. He doesnt listen to anything or try to help. They take all the money up front and don't work for it. They don't send you the proper paperwork until it's too late. They are late for everything or send someone else.
