This was a same day appointment, and the staff was friendly and quick to respond. They sent me a text message while I was on the phone trying to leave a voicemail and scheduled the appointment for the afternoon instantly. I had a thirty minute session, and the therapist gave me closer to forty minutes of time. It's always great when people exceed your expectations. Prices were competitive.
I do not often get massages, but my back was stiff and my body was very stressed today, so I decided to try The Ruby Spa because of relatable reviews. I called and got an appointment for one hour later. When I arrived, the therapist gave me an intake form to fill out and explained the session and the rules. Worst customer service ever do not recommend this place at all. Very rude employees.
The massage was excellent. The surroundings were not. Lots of security cameras and security doors. I understand the need for security but it did not make for a luxurious experience. Also, my massage therapist was the only person working there and had to leave several times to answer the phone and get the door.
Went in for a massage back was killing me. I had to keep telling her softer. Why ask me how I want massage I said medium way to hard my back is hurting even more. Don't recommend
