This was a same day appointment, and the staff was friendly and quick to respond. They sent me a text message while I was on the phone trying to leave a voicemail and scheduled the appointment for the afternoon instantly. I had a thirty minute session, and the therapist gave me closer to forty minutes of time. It's always great when people exceed your expectations. Prices were competitive.
I do not often get massages, but my back was stiff and my body was very stressed today, so I decided to try The Ruby Spa because of relatable reviews.
