I was really lucky to met this charming Cafe in its beginnings in 2023. We were a group of 6, and we stopped there during our trip in Colorado. Awesome! The best espresso in the 3 states we visited, fantastic cinnamon roll and very nice team. We will never forget this great experience in our stop. Thanks for all!
Cute shop, everyone was friendly and the food was so freaking good.
The food was absolutely delicious!!! I ordered the Huevos rancheros and husband ordered the Biscuits and Green Chile Gravy and that is some of the best food we have had this road trip!!! Definitely worth a stop. Chef…not a cook cause this man cooks with love!!! Can’t wait to come back next year on a drive through
