I absolutely love coming here! Emily is my girl! She’s always so kind, friendly, and welcoming. She’s also so helpful whenever I’m undecided about what I want to do with my hair. I always leave loving the way it looks! I highly recommend her and this salon!

I honestly left my experience at The Ruby Room very disappointed. I felt extremely rushed during my appointment from the beginning, and my hair ended up looking nothing like what I had originally asked for. It came out uneven and was brown/ blonde nothing compared to what I wanted and I get highlights regularly. I also specifically booked a blow-dry, but I did not receive one because I was told that there was another appointment and there wouldn’t be enough time.
