If you can overcome a rude and insulting bartender, this hotel is right for you. Went to the city for a conference. Compare to other hotels, the Rubenstein was cheap and great. The room was clean and new. Great location but it means there were a lot of party noises. They can't help it so it's fine. No free in room coffee and tea . They need to update that info. Happy to have some free breakfast.
Stayed here for 2 nights and this place is FABULOUS!!!! Megan checked us in and she was a gem! There was a security guard who was there both nights, I didn’t get his name but he was awesome as well! The service here is top tier! Room was clean and spacious. Location is great for anything in the Quarter. Cafe Beignet for breakfast along with plenty of late night eats are steps away if you get hungry.
