Do not stay here. It's in the seedy part of New Orleans and the staff is atrocious. We tried to stay for two nights and after one night, the front desk started calling us at 7 am asking us to change rooms, because they wanted to perform plumbing maintenance. We asked them what comps they would give us and they said none, so we refused to change rooms as we were only staying there for about 12 more hours. We were there for Mardi Gras for the first time, and this hotel was perfect! We were greeted by Joianas, and she was so sweet. She told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area, and she also helped us get a better room right next to the balcony. She really made us feel like special guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had the best view of the parade, and the atmosphere with the other hotel guests and employees was so fun. It seemed like everyone was having a great time.
