There isn’t a better place to live, around the area! The building is beautiful and reasonably priced (especially for all that is offered at RW), the amenities are exceptional and the people that work there are outstanding! The property manager, Stephanie, and assistant property manager, Adriana, and William and Chris care deeply about the residents, and everyone’s comfort & safety. The hospitality to all who live there or visit there is unmatched. I really can’t say enough good things about Royal Worthington; 10 Stars!

The Royal Worthington is a lovely place to call home. The apartments are bright and spacious, and the grounds are constantly being maintained and updated with seasonal plantings. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I love the proximity to the trails, Wegman’s and Target. If you’re looking for an apartment in Malvern, look no further!
The Royal Worthington was my first apartment right out of college, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I lived here for a year and only moved out because of graduate school. I definitely would have stayed otherwise! The building always felt safe, welcoming, and extremely clean. I saw cleaners almost every morning and never had a single issue with bugs or pests.
