DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Anywhere but here, they simply don't care. I will remove my review once they improve. I will also be uploading pictures soon to show. None of the amenities work that that charge you for. I’ve been at the Royal Worthington for nearly 3 years and have never had an issue. My dishwasher was replaced when the couldn’t get a part for the soap dispenser, they painted the apartment for a touchup I requested with zero cost to me. Every year they are checking and updating the fire extinguishers in every apartment, they replace the AC filters every six months, and the place is always clean and presentable. Property is very clean and well maintained. The amenities are top notch and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.
Lived here for 4 years and overall it was a great experience. Nice apartments that are very well soundproofed from neighbors. The leasing office is responsive and helpful, and in my experience kept my rent a bit under the market rate since I renewed my lease multiple times. Maintenance is great as well. The main negatives were that the water heater in my one bedroom could not support a shower of more than 8 minutes, even after being replaced my maintenance.
