I have made, The Royal Worthington for the past 2 years my home. This condo in the heart of Malvern is a peaceful and amazing place to stay and made it your home. Jaime Carrigan is the project manager, hands down there’s not a situation she can’t handle and help residents with request and issues. If you looking a place, temporary or long stay. You found it.
My partner and I have tried multiple times to reach out to someone from this leasing office since August 2024. Nobody answers the phone of either numbers listed or any emails. Main phone line is disconnected when you call it. Needless to say we ended up finding another place close by with all the same amenities.
I've been living here at the RW for 3 years and it's been a great experience. The management and maintenance team do a great job of not only maintaining the high standards of the building but also continually finding ways to improve!
I wish I could give them a million stars!! ... I just moved in on 8/1/24 & I am so happy I did! Jaime & Tim do their very best to make you feel welcome in so many ways from the very start, even while they give you the tour & will answer all of your questions promptly. The building is always sparkling clean with the amazing custodian staff & there is also housekeeping available .Will & Kevin are wonderful responding to all of the maintenence requests as well.
