We have lived at the Royal Worthington since 2021 and we love this building and the staff who run it. The building is centrally located to 2 train stations, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Easy on/off the highway and 30 minutes to the airport. The pool and gym are great and there is a media room and a conference room. They even have a pet washing station and a hair salon on site. I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The staff and residents are both very friendly, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The new property manager is personable and responsive, making communication easy and reassuring. The units are modern, up-to-date, and spacious, which is a big plus. The only drawback is that the hallway carpets feel a bit dated, likely due to wear from residents’ pets. Overall, it’s still a great place to live.
Two and a half years here. I’ve seen enough. I stayed quiet for a long time, gave management the benefit of the doubt, and kept hoping things would turn around. They haven’t. So here’s my honest review. I’ve received noise complaints for existing in my own apartment vacuuming, walking around during normal hours. No investigation either time. I moved into The Royal Worthington three years ago ready to make it home. I loved it at first but, now I’m looking for the door. I don’t write reviews like this. I’m not someone who jumps online to complain every time something goes wrong.
