Been waiting over six hours in emergency. I am sad I pay $40000+ in tax for this horrible service
Those stars are for the ladies @ triage, lovely and polite,but there's always one bad 🥚 Daniel Daniel the male Asian nurse in ED,so b4 he pinned my arm for bloods,,he asked me do I really need a blood test???? For real?I found you to be one very rude person, maybe you should get a job you enjoy,and learn to respect patients, you most definitely need people skill training, management should take more notice of the reviews from real people,then take action, it just continues on ,that's why Australia is a good country A M E N
I visited the emergency department at this hospital earlier this year and later requested assistance in completing a private insurance form. Since the end of January, I have been waiting for a response, but to this day, I have received no follow-up or support. I have contacted the relevant hospital department multiple times via email, yet I have not received the help I needed.
