Crazy wait times in emergency like every hospital in vic People keeling over and passing out in the waiting rooms with no attention. I was discharged by a resident as specialists essentially gave up trying to find out what was wrong and couldn’t give me an answer. The cherry on the cake was the fact that the doctor didn’t even come down to talk to me and nurses are so used to this its a case of you might see a doctor but they only come when they feel like it. (Was literally told this by a nurse.) I’m sure they are up to thei... read more

Honestly I don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from. ED is extremely busy and they see patients in order of clinical priority And stop accusing the staff of racism for waiting too long plz!!! I’m an international student, and the multiple times I’ve visited I was always being seen and treated quickly. If you’re going to the ED for a cold or fever no wonder why you’re waiting for 6 hrs

I went on Sunday afternoon with heavy bleeding (soaking several pads), severe cramping (pain 8 out of 10), and could barely walk. I waited 3.5 hours in the waiting a... read more
