This has been the second time for my annual MRI appointment. Radiology Department, Level 9. Again, I experience exceptional care from the front desk to the actual procedure. This is such an incredible well executed department. Super polite and helpful, I felt really well looked after and cared for, which made me less uncomfortable and vulnerable. Keep up the amazing work and thank you again for looking after me.

Had to get up at 5am for myhusbands appointment at 8 am ,it's 12:40 pm and I am still waiting , hubby has been in there since 8:30 am it was 11am before he got his canula in and he's still waiting not even offered a drink of water , absolutely disgusting treatment , he is having immune therapy as he has lymphoma and shouldn't be let dehydrated ,I'm so mad right now , just bad and very disappointing .
