I lost my dear mum as a result of the neglect and complete lack of care at Royal Marsden, Sutton. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer but there was no sense of personal care, she never saw the same doctor twice. They ignored the fact her blood count was rising. Phone calls to the out of hours line were supposed to be dealt with MacMillan but they were useless. I have contacted this hospital for an online consultation for my mother. The staff and the doctors are very professional and willing to help. They are the proof that humanity is not lost yet. I highly recommend this hospital.

I was on a 2 week pathway for bowel cancer. After an initial delay was superbly looked after. I had other problems and despite very low potassium the surgeon and anaesthetists did everything so that I could have my procedures on the day. Am so grateful for that. I had two inpatient admissions but ended up with no cancer diagnosis. How great is that at 77 ! Royal Marsden amazing in their care compassion and expertise. Thank you !
