I have been using The Royal Maid Service since 2010! (I had other services in the past, things were broken, not clean, had rings in the toilet after cleaning, etc.). I have not had any problems with The Royal Maid Service. They have a guarantee of satisfaction where they will remedy any situation that may be a problem. Two ladies come to clean and are usually the same two ladies so, they know my home and my dog which makes it that much nicer. I have a great team that has cleaned monthly & cared for my different homes, for many years. Peter & Elizabeth are fantastic & always on top of everything! No request is ever too big or small. As we have aged, the staff supports us with holiday setup & take down, and extra cleaning projects like our fridge, and patio. When we have unexpected family they always squeeze an extra cleaning in for us. We really don't know how we would manage with out their prompt, professional, and caring service.
