Treatment of personnel with a disabled patient was disgusting here. He obviously had issues understanding their language. He was talked down unkindly by team leader Zeinab Hanifeh in front of all of us sitting. She must be ashamed of her actions. Government funded clinics like this that have unlimited tax payer money going to their pocket with no interest in caring for Australians are a disgrace. This place needs evaluations.

l recently went in for a molar extraction. I was in a lot of pain. The dental assistant was lovely, but the female dentist that saw me on Sunday was extremely rude and cruel. After she asked me if l could still feel pain, and l said l could a little, she grabbed the needle and shoved it in my jaw aggressively in a stabbing motion. lt was insane and painful.
