H i been twice and they helped me twice great staff and dentist i had a great experience the staff are friendly and the dentist were great and done a great job thanks
3 hour wait to see nobody. Absolutely disgusting service. Other people who came in well after me were seen while I waited for nothing. Will remove the tooth myself. Don't bother with this pathetic place. When I asked for a refund because I was leaving the response I got was oh! Nowhere near good enough. They say they're sorry but it's clear they are not. If they were these unacceptable wait times would not exist.
I was a paitaitent under Dr Wayne Chow for a long time and during the lockdown i last seen him to check my implant teeth . He said that he was happy with .My hygiene cleaning blah blah ... And removed me from the system which I am pissed off for him to do so .Just because my under care plan had expired. They called of told me to get another one from my GP. And he said that if I need any help to find myself a dentist that I can go back but to me I find that lazy .And there isn't any point for me to do the work .im some one wh... read more
The dentist and nurse that helped me are absolute life savers. I was seen quickly had a tooth pulled and was sent on me way without any hassle
Hopeless and no service after 3 hours wait then saw dentist who said can’t help and another one hour down here trying to get refund took from me $273 and hard to refund another one hour waiting still nothing and they can’t do it paying with the same card, also saying we can’t do full refund we have to take $92 for consultation, still can’t do any refund hopeless Very disappointing experience and disgusting
