Amazing experience
My car was hit from behind & was not drivable so I had it towed to The Royal Collision Centre. German assessed the damages & worked hard trying to get me a fair price for my car from the other guy’s insurance company, since it turned out to be totaled. He is very knowledgeable, especially about Mercedes vehicles.
Royal Collision Centre is the only shop I trust with my cars. I’ve taken my vehicles here every time I’ve needed repairs, and the experience is always excellent. The team is extremely helpful, communication is clear and consistent, and the quality of their work is outstanding. They’re professional, honest, and truly take pride in what they do. My cars always come back looking like new. I recommend Royal Collision Centre every time and wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
