First-class experience. The staff was highly knowledgeable and efficiently handled all aspects of my vehicle repairs. Talked to my insurance, took care of my rental car, and external vendors. All I had to do was drop off and pick up my car.
I have had to bring my car into Royal Collision several times, and each time they have made the process a breeze. They do amazing work, have a pretty quick turn around, and have friendly staff. They also handle all the details with insurance if there’s any changes to the job, and provide convenient transportation to/from rental car locations. I can’t see myself choosing any other shop in the future.
German, congrats on your new shop! You have been doing amazing work for over a decade and you deserve this beautiful new space. Thank you for restoring my 2017 Porsche Macan after the January 2025 accident. It is beautiful! I have worked with this bodyshop for years. I highly recommend them for any European vehicle if you want a factory looking job. The work is high quality and always looks amazing.
