Brought our toddler son in on a Friday night and Dr Jalil at the Fast Track/Short Stay department was reassuring throughout, and he was willing to answer all our questions which helped us manage our son's illness at home confidently. We were lucky to have come in at a time where it wasn't too busy, although the wait was still around 1-2 hours to be seen. The ED was definitely short staffed and underfunded like what the other reviewers have mentioned.
