Great facilities and atmosphere, but no priority for unvaccinated infants. We unfairly have to wait among sick, cold-ridden children, and our infant doesn't get to see a doctor or skip the line. Please improve your process.

Two nights ago, my four-year-old suddenly woke up from sleep struggling to breathe. At first, I tried to comfort him, not knowing that it was croup, but I soon realised that he could neither talk nor breathe normally. I called 000 for an ambulance—the first time I had ever called one in my life. I wasn't sure whether I was doing the right thing, but at that point I didn't feel I had another choice. Great Hospital. The Emergency Room is for Medical issues GPs cant work with, alot of people complain when they have to wait ages to see a Doctor, but most of the time its a GP matter. This hospital ive been 2x for Medical Issues. Yes it's busy because its a Paediatric Trauma Hospital and in the City, but i still would recommend for babies and Surgeries.
