Attended the emergency department at children’s hospital on [Apirl 2026) with my child. Was seen immediately , taken through to a bed and Seen by nurse and Doctor good support and communicaton. However that were it Stops! I approached the nurse station for assistance and stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged. One staff member was on a computer, another got up walked past me as i was looking directly at him, the other 2 were chatting.
