Everything about the Roxy is great. The place, the spirit, the music. Would’ve been a 5 star for me. Unfortunately this afternoon we tried to take a picture in their photobooth. No signs saying that it wasn’t working at all. Our pictures came back black. We then went out to dinner and as soon as we came back, went to the receptionist who rapidly pointed us to a man wearing a white shirt who works in the lobby. Incredibly rude. Do not stay here, there is zero privacy as the rooms are eye level with people walking by in the city, and when you contact management about it they say it’s the only room available in the entire hotel and if i want privacy i have to pay an extra $400 aside from the 600 dollar reservation. Unreal, buyer beware. Stay elsewhere
