Love Row House!!!! If you haven’t tried rowing, you should! The team members at the Parkville location will help you learn the technique and improve in your fitness journey! I have enjoyed my first 6 months rowing and look forward for more growth and improvement! Plus they sell lululemon products!!!!

New ownership took over in mid-January, and they are FANTASTIC! They have added activities that increase participation outside of just taking the already awesome rowing classes, and are consistently adding new options and opportunities for self-improvement, including working with nutritional and recovery businesses nearby. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, and really complete the experience. I have been very pleased with my experience so far. I am definitely not in shape but I feel this is going to be a great way to get there. The instructors are great. Mitch and Amanda were both extremely helpful getting setup and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The classes are challenging, but i don’t feel like I’m risking major injury.
