One morning, I discovered that my engagement ring had vanished from my nightstand, along with an additional 18k piece of jewelry that I owned. Prior to the ring’s disappearance, a technician had replaced our garbage disposal. Upon returning home, I observed that the ring box had been tampered with, as it was partially opened, revealing the ring. Since my fiancé was not home at the time, I concluded that he was not responsible for the ring being exposed.
I got my First Apartment in 1982 and then I bought others in other building - penthouse. Now I live in Florida and keep one of them. The ROTONDA is the best and under priced. The management is very trustable. In general you dont appreciate until you live in other building 50 percent more expensive and manage with not ethical decent.
The most beautiful and Unique 34 acres of land with 5 beautiful high rises in the heart of Tysons Corner and Mclean Virginia. I have lived there for over 20 years, have never had an issue. Rotonda has a great management and security is good. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. In door and outdoor swimming pools are great.
