I got my First Apartment in 1982 and then I bought others in other building - penthouse. Now I live in Florida and keep one of them. The ROTONDA is the best and under priced. The management is very trustable. In general you dont appreciate until you live in other building 50 percent more expensive and manage with not ethical decent.
The most beautiful and Unique 34 acres of land with 5 beautiful high rises in the heart of Tysons Corner and Mclean Virginia. I have lived there for over 20 years, have never had an issue. Rotonda has a great management and security is good. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. In door and outdoor swimming pools are great. I lived there for one and a half years, and there are pools, basketball court, soccer field, mini golf, etc. there. And people there are so kind.
