We hired Rosemary Otero Dellicarpini to sell our home in Warwick, NY. She came to our initial meeting fully prepared with comps and had a wealth of knowledge of the town, schools and surrounding areas. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. We met Rosemary DelliCarpini at a house she was selling and we immediately decided we wanted to her to sell our house too, and help us buy a better one, as great as the old house was. The place had a lot of features that would only be attractive to a limited number of potential buyers.
