My wedding was this past weekend and I was highly disappointed in the quality of food . We paid Ross Catering $4,000 for frozen food and Arizona Tea. The vegetables taste like water , the meatballs were mushy, the shrimp was dry, the chicken was dry, the sliders were dry, vegetables skewers only had yellow and red peppers.The food was dry and the fruit was not sweet at all . Ross Caterers are my go to first choice, they are professional, timely, and exceed expectations every time.
I was referred by a friend and I had actually been to an event that was catered by Ross. I spent the day after my event talking to family about how bad the catering was. Thats all they will remember. It had been years since we had an event it was supposed to be a brunch. The food was cold. When you look around the room at plates full of uneaten food. Something is wrong . Cold food is unacceptable.
