My primary care physican referred my wife to Dr. (x) at Roskamp Institute. Someone on the staff called and made an appointment 6 weeks out. They sent a packet of forms to be completed before the appointment date. We arrived for the appointment and were told they had lost the appointment and that we would have to wait another 6 weeks before Dr. (x) would be available.
