Beautiful condos with least security. Breakins happening almost every other month. Car breakin happened on the P3 level. Can you imagine someone going all the way 3 floors down in the basement to breakin in to the cars even after having a 24hours security guard on site. Ridiculous. Overpriced rates of condos & rents with least security. Not recommended. Let’s not talk about the number of times water shut offs have happened. Tired of this place.
Beautiful condos, tasteful landscaping. Interior are good welmaintained.
Please make sure you salt and clear the sidewalk on wynford drive. It is the slipperiest walkway in the neighbourhood. Failure to do so means the city will be informed.
The rooms in these condos are very, very tiny, and the price/ rent is too high. Not at all a good value for money.
