DONT MOVE HERE! My boyfriend and I got robbed outside the apartment gates. You are not safe here! His apt also has many water leaks and soggy hardwood floors. He has waited 3 weeks now for any maintenance and a promise of an industrial fan to help dry it up.. The place now smells stinky, MUSKY. He is in a 3 bedroom which is very small the way it was designed. He works from home. His new lease is due and they raised his rent $350 more per month.
