I took my sister from out of town for salt therapy today. It was my 4 visit and her first. She was so surprised and thoroughly amazed by her experience. Thank you for a relaxing memory for the two of us to share.
Not my fave spa. It’s good for Lawton though. The ambience was lackluster and would benefit from blackout curtains in massage area. The staff was mostly courteous. The women who did my facial and massage were very nice, however the woman who ushered me out left little to be desired. When I go to a spa I would expect an offer of infused water and at least something to keep your stomach from growling😒. I got bottled water and not even trail mix. Beautiful Spa and peaceful atmosphere.
I had my first ever facial today and a massage. Both with Amy. She took the time to get to know me and my different problem areas and figure out ways we could best accommodate them. Having fibromyalgia and migraines, it is important to me to have someone understand my body and what I feel day to day. And she COMPLETELY understood. I felt so comfortable during my whole time their. She gave me aftercare instructions to help with the next few days that might lead to some soreness in my muscles. I had my first massage today and it was great the staff is amazing and my massage therapist was awesome..she reminded me that life is to short and continue to breath in and out to relax the body..she wants me to come back because she really felt the tension in my body..believe me I will be back
