Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriends birthday. They never showed up and now the phone is disconnected. I swear customer service is a thing of the past not to mention getting ripped off for almost ta hundred bucks
Terrible service. Ordered for Valentines Day. I received an email saying the order had been picked up when actually it had not. When I tried to contact the business no one answered the phone. She went by the business a few times and no one was there. Finally she finds somewhere there and gets the matter straight about the order being picked up. They rush in the back and put together a terrible arrangement and give her a small box of candy. None of which I ordered for 135.00. NEVER AGAIN.
