Rosa's Restaurant We have been going to Rosa's for over 30 years. They serve the best traditional pasta around. It has great atmosphere, and a great value for the money. And Jerry is our guy! -K.P.
Good Italian This place has been around forever, and is great for dinner, but not worth it for lunch. They have valet parking and an intimate atmosphere, but their prices are medium to high and if you're going to spend money on it, might as well be for dinner when the portions are bigger and the place feels more romantic.
Great Italian Food This restaurant is located downtown Portsmouth. They have wonderful Italian food and valet parking. Great bar area and wonderful drinks. Also good for big parties.
