Rates are absolutely awful. I had general liability through them for about a year. Being a new business owner, I did not shop around as I should have. Turns out I was paying almost 4 times the amount I should have been. I went from a 5000 dollar premium to a 1300 dollar premium by switching to a competitor. My insurance policy had the same underwriting/terms as well. They are an independent agency so they make more off commission and charge their clients way more in order to be able to do so.
