less than $20 dollars in parts. Mediocre work at best. The drain line was glued and crooked. You guys add a bunch of extra stuff say it's free and then charge someone a $1000 for a job that should cost no more than $400-500 bucks. And took 3 days to get to us. My wife also had to help the your plumber to do his job. Over priced company. I did half of the work for you. I found the problem, I Diagnosed problem and told your tech. We will not be using your services again.

Absolutely awful, when rescue rooter bought The Rooter Works the company went down hill. Service used to be amazing but now it's awful. Called to schedule service, tried to come on the wrong day, had to reschedule, didn't show up during their time of 12-4, didn't communicate when they would show up. I had to call to confirm if they were still coming. The service person said she was in Dublin, then really far east to head back to the south-east end. Toilet is still loose on the floor. Very much appreciated Rescue Rooter's Alex and Devon who repiped all the corrosive copper water pipes in our recently purchased house. They also installed new natural gas lines to the stove and dryer areas which had been only electric. They cleared up a leaky hose bib and ensured our gas log fireplace was not leaking gas or carbon monoxide. They were very honest and charged a fair price. We will always call Mr. Rooter in the future.

Daniel Neal came and was wonderful with the service he provided. We had a clog that lasted 5 days and even had another plumber prior to him coming out and he was the one that fixed the problem; even while informing me on how to make my situation better. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Daniel! He told me he’s been a plumber for 24 years and his work ethic shows !
