I placed a service call on a Friday afternoon. I made this call on behalf of my mother who was out of town and found out she had a leak in her backyard. She returned on Friday, but had no water. The neighbor shut off the main water in order to avoid further water damage. AJ’s empathy and understanding towards my elderly mother’s concerns didn’t go unnoticed. The Rooter Bee was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in on an emergency notice when other places could not. From now on if there are any issues I am going directly to Rooter Bee and will highly recommend Rooter Bee to anyone!

Cannot recommend enough! We had some major root intrusion in our sewer line and were told by other companies that we were going to need to dig/redo the whole line for $20k. AJ came over right away and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue with honest and thorough recommendations. After cleaning out the line we are now in the clear for the next year while we continue to monitor for issues.
