I was very lucky to find Craig at Rooted Refuge and cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone considering acupuncture. I received weekly treatments from Craig for almost the entire duration of 2024, and our time together became my solace and sanctuary during one of the hardest years of my life. Stephanie and her colleagues have created an incredible space for healing at the Rooted Refuge. All are incredibly talented traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, which I can say with confidence having been a devotee of TCM for well over 2 decades now (across a couple of continents) I trust Steph and her knowledge intrinsically and highly recommend her and the folks at the Rooted Refuge without hesitation. I've had three treatments with Dr. Stephanie Dixon so far, and I cannot recommend The Rooted Refuge highly enough. It truly lives up to its name - I feel so seen, cared for and honored, and my energy levels and overall health have improved immensely after just three treatments. This is a truly wonderful sanctuary in the city and I'm so grateful to have found The Rooted Refuge. Dr. Craig has such a wonderful and calming demeanor, he is understanding, patient, and skilled in helping me relax and treating my injuries, aches, and pains. Thank you!
