I walked out feeling better than I came in and already schedueld my next appointment! Allison listened and asked questions to better understand how I use my body and why I was hurting. She is intuitive and able to use multiple modalities like cupping and scraping along with the massage to help me!
Allison is an amazing massage therapist. Her strength and skill set are perfect for my shoulder and sciatic pain due to sitting at a desk. She always offers helpful suggestions and gentle reminders to take care of my body. I won't go to another massage therapist!
