Tucked away in the basement of FARMbloomington, The Root Cellar Lounge is the subterranean hot spot for fun nights filled with music, drinks and food. It has many themed spaces as well for private functions like the Limestone Room, Case Room, Wine Cellar and Parlor. I've only been there two times once for private party and once when it's open to the public. Keep in mind that this is Bloomington, Indiana. The time I was there at that it was open to the public it was a majority of Gen Z LGBT crowd, so if that is not, your crowd keep that in mind. Service for the time I was there for the private party was great. I don't remember the other time
The bartender was actually straight up just racist and didn’t you want to serve me.. He had a slight beard and mustache.
