Root Cellar was our wedding caterer and bartenders. The food was delicious and we got compliments from the guests specifically for the passed appetizers during cocktail hour and the short rib at dinner (it was so tender!)! The bartenders were fast and made great drinks! The planning process was smooth and easy from picking the menu to having the tasting and planning the details from big and small with the place settings. Highly recommend them!!
This was one of the easiest choices we made during our wedding planning process. They had everything we were looking for, including our very specific vision of having churros as the late-night snack. Everyone said the food was delicious and the plating was beautiful. They were even able to do a combination of passed drinks and hors-d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and a grazing station. We loved having Root Cellar cater our wedding! The dinner was fantastic, short ribs and a creamy artichoke chicken, I just wish I had saved more room to eat since I had already enjoyed several appetizers! Our guests could not stop raving about the chicken and waffle appetizer! The staff were very friendly and attentive- they saved us appetizers for after our couples photos and brought us more when we ran out! We used Root Cellar Catering for breakfast and dinner while hosting a corporate event in the area. Our group was so impressed with the quality of food for each meal. The staff was also super accommodating and easy to work with to organize the event as well as the crew who did the drop off. Highly recommend them!
