Root Cause Revolution is a great program and has really helped me become healthier. There is so much support and guidance to help you follow the program, and tons of information to help you learn how to eat better and get rid of toxins in your body. And you also learn other ways to improve your health with good habits to follow. I'm very happy I decided to take this step in my life.
There are truly not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Thompson, Heidi, and the entire team at The Root Cause. About a year ago, my life completely changed. I began with 93 problems on my symptom tracker. I ended with 13. This program has changed my life. I had injections in my neck, and was scheduled for a surgery. I cancelled the surgery and was able to stop taking the pain and muscle relaxer pills, and sleep through the night without pain waking me up. My stomach has settled down, I can travel without hamstring pain.
