Coaches here are Top notch and know their stuff! I’ve been here for a month and tried all the different classes. They make working out fun and I just enjoy the vibe here. The coaches emphasize proper form and are always making sure everyone is doing movements correctly, scaling as needed based on limitations, and getting the most that you can out of every workout. Coaches Susie & Lindsey you guys Rock! Great people and a welcoming community! 🤙
Awesome class! Great equipment and clean environment. Coach Hillary was thorough when it came to explaining the workout and super knowledgeable with scales/modifications! Can’t wait to get back and take another class!!
Rosie is a thoughtful coach. Attentive to every athletes needs. She brings great energy for 5am. The facility and rest of the coaches ate equally awesome.
Lindsey is an amazing instructor! 😁 Lindsey took time to explain what we would be doing in class from warm up, strengthening and workout routine. She demonstrated each exercise and offered modifications or substitutions based on your ability and mobility. She was encouraging the entire time!
