Best barber in Bend Oregon hands down.
Terrible customer service
Very disappointing experience. My husband arrived late to his appointment and was told he could not be seen and would not receive a refund for the prepaid service. He did attempt to call the store to let them know, but the call went to voicemail. We were later told we would be charged only half, but were ultimately charged the full amount. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and the appointment was meant for our anniversary this week, so losing the funds was upsetting.
