My first impression of the hotel started when I got out of the cab and a friendly door man came and opened the door and grabbed by bags for me. During my stay, housekeeping was always available and close by. I had a coughing spell in the lobby and staff gave me a bottle of water. My room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable and I slept so good. I had incredible water pressure and lots of clean towels. The best in New Orleans
One of the best Waldorf (and Hilton brand hotels) I've stayed at. New Orleans was meant to be a "one and done" trip, but this hotel may have changed my mind and want to come back! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. What really elevated it was the hospitality service and food where it made the experience truly a 5-star hotel.
