Staff was so nice and accommodating. Neighborhood is kinda iffy surrounding but inside everything was so pretty. In room dining could use some salt or seasoning. But everything was great. I would say my only issue was that I requested a late check out using my gold status but got woken up by housekeeping and got attitude for asking them to come back later (2 hours) when I'm gone.

The staff, I can’t recall the young man’s name, is truly exceptional. He’s a bellman who provided five-star service from our arrival to our departure. I had a kidney transplant at Ochsner, and the entire staff from the lounge, front desk, and valet went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What an amazing staff who went above and beyond to bless us for our double birthday and anniversary weekend in NOLa. Rare to find such service and people who care the way these people do. We travel a lot, and think this property is really about the people. Thanks to Tyren, Louka, and Reyon for the kindness.
