Wonderful B&B We stumbled upon the Roosevelt while on a long road trip, and count ourselves lucky for finding it. This is a really wonderful B&B, beautifully run by Idaho natives John and Tina Hough. The four-story red brick building is a former schoolhouse, and now it's a charming place to stay, right on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Breakfasts are great, and there's a big hot tub available on the grounds as well.
Momma Mia...what a find! This bead and breakfast will accommodate a couple (2) to a full large reunion of a family. The breakfast is cooked to order...by the owner, but it is a surprise each and every morning. And the hot cookies at night! There are no TVs, so you will need to have actual conversations with your relatives and friends...what a thought! If you are even in this town, it is a MUST!
