The customer service is horrible. They DEFINITELY DON'T have a passion for what they do. I have been waiting 3 weeks for replacement screws for a $ 2,000.00 bedroom set from Harlem. You would think they would be happy to just give me the screws. I have had nothing but trouble and the run around. I would rather pay the additional money at a competitor than to ever shop at Harlem..EVER AGAIN, even if it was FREE I would NEVER shop there.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their associates do not care about the customer. It is evident it is all about the sale. Bad ethics, bad customer service!!!!
